Stomach Sore When Moving I Recently Started A Spinning And Ab Class At The Gym And Now My Stomach Is Sore To Touch And Even Swollen?

I recently started a spinning and ab class at the gym and now my stomach is sore to touch and even swollen? - stomach sore when moving

It hurts to move, stretch, lift .... almost nothing. I know I should be pain free, but it seems a little overboard.

You are probably using muscles that you had never known. Its normal. You'll probably hurt a few days. Really deep stretching can help in the future.

It's always good to stretch after the workout. Something like what I do to my stomach, I lay on my stomach and I raise my upper body with his arms and pull her head stretched backward. Yeah I wouldnt make too worried, your muscles just a very good job. Definitely next leg times before you help the exercises immense.

In the meantime, you can use products like Icy Hot or Bengay to numb the pain a little.
