Name on record with Revenue Canada different than name on my T4 tax form? - name change form canada

I was separated from my husband for over a year and have been with my maiden name since our separation. Like most of my identification has not changed its name, which has worked well so far. But recently I received my tax return T4 my work and my maiden name to - but my name with Revenue Canada is still in my married name. Will there be a problem? Or simply the social security number?
