Is milkshake really fattening? How often would I need to drink mc'donals banana milkshake top get fatter? lol - banana milkshake fattening

I am addicted. I'm not fat, but since I athletics again I lost some weight and tone up abit more, because the cardio and strength training. Whenever I drink a glass of milk and bananas, I feel guilty after. I have what I think the drink, I was a little weight. Besides flying, I drink only water.

and if so, how he wants to live his life later ... its ok to treat occasionally, but also delayed. Make sure your meals are balanced and excersise and you should be fine ..

Well, if milk contains too much, you increase in weight.
I suggest you prepare your own mast, non-banana shake. I think it is healthier than Mc Donalds

First you have the ingredients for a smoothie of banana diet:

* Banana, preferably in a cool place overnight
* 1 / 2 cup low-fat milk
* Three tablespoons low-fat yogurt with no sugar
* Two tablespoons of rolled oats

Then all the ingredients in a food processor and stir smooth. Serve cold.
There you go, milk, fruits and carbohydrates in a service.
